GuruPlugging… delayed until further notice

We have had an update from the shipping company in Hong Kong, Globalscale have only sent half of our order that we are due to receive later this week.
[…] Globalscale have said the reason for the part delivery is due to QA issues with the power supply’s in the units (which I am sure some of you have read about already), therefore they have started to have new power supply’s delivered in and are replacing the power supply’s in the units that have been ordered by customers.
[…] We will be working through the pre orders the fairest way possible, starting with the orders that were placed the earliest, but as mentioned above, we will have to work on what power types we are sent. […]

Sorry, should have made it clearer…
All of our units the first batch due this week and the secound batch due (still awaiting an answer from GST) have the new power supply.

  4. Moin,
also mein Guruplug hat genau 10 Minuten funktioniert! :(
    gruss Heiko

  5. Mit Chance sollte er Mittwoch hier sein:

We will be going through the orders tomorrow, but yes at a quick guess if you ordered an EU version and your order number is below 1500 it’s looking good.
Having gone through the order book, looks like if you ordered an EU version prior to 1/5/10, your units will be despatched on Monday.

To conclude, it’s good for me or not? There have contradiction between the mail and you sent me this message. As a reminder, I ordered a GuruPlug Std and my order is 1572.

The first (the 1500 things) was an estimation, the later was a more precise view.
But, i’m not in newit, and this delay can be a good thing to learn zen ;-)
