Lessons learned

Essence of an interessting day:
- Drivers of the Smart car get talkative if you enter their street on a bike before them and try to overtake you then, no matter what, cursing you if they can’t.
- Never run a changing system.
- Some poeple are used to order tap water, Leitungswasser, in a restaurant; for me, that’s a totally new concept. (Yeah, bloody German guy, I know :))
- Never trust a changing system.
- Getting some beers after work is nice; it only gets expensive if you’ll stick around so long you need food as well.
- An open supermarket on your way home, open till 12 a.m., is a good thing.
- Even light rain gets annoying after some time riding your bike, especially at night.
- Being able to programm your VDR via your mobile from the pub is A Good Thing.
- And there was something about changing systems, but I can’t remember it anymore :)
