Es war wirklich einfach, die Bluetooth-Maus unter Ubuntu 8.10 am HP Mininote 2133 an den Start zu bringen. Einfach wie beschrieben über das Bluetooth-Applet die Maus aktivieren und … tut.
Wenn das jetzt so einfach funktional bleibt – corona deutete da noch Spaß mit Hibernate und Suspend an –, dann: Respekt an Ubuntu und die Linux-Community.

So, heute habe ich das HP Mininote 2133 mal wieder aus dem Schlaf gerissen, und nicht nur, daß der eingebaute SD-Kartenslot auf Anhieb funktionierte …
… auch das simple Aktivieren der BT-Maus führte ohne weiteres Zutun zur Funktion der Maus:
